Footsteps

Verification

Program & certificate verification

Use the verification code printed on a Footsteps certificate to confirm its current status. No participant name or case information is required.

Verify a certificate

The lookup returns credential status and issue date only. It does not expose a participant identity, referral, attendance history, or case details.

Ask about program documentation

If a court, probation department, attorney, agency, or another referral source needs additional documentation, send us the exact request and our team will confirm what can be released.

Footsteps is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

Verification confirms the current Footsteps credential record only. Whether a certificate satisfies an external requirement is decided by the applicable court, probation department, attorney, agency, or referral source.
